Terms of Service

Last updated: August 13, 2026 · Publisher: Felipe Andrés Díaz Roa

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Everything Series language-learning Android apps — Everything Deutsch, Everything English, Everything Español and Everything Français ("the App", "we", "our") — and of this website. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. The App is distributed through Google Play, so Google Play's Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own language learning. This license is what you get when you download the App or unlock a level — you own your purchase in the sense that it never expires and requires no subscription, but the App and its content remain ours.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or publicly make available the App or its content; extract or scrape its content to build datasets or competing products; or reverse-engineer the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

2. Purchases and Refunds

The App's reference tools are free. The full course is unlocked per level with a single one-time purchase — no subscription, no ads. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy.

All payments are processed by Google Play, not by us. Billing, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policies. If you have a problem with a purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play, and you can always write to us — we will do what we reasonably can to help.

A purchase unlocks the corresponding level in the corresponding app, tied to the Google account you bought it with. Unlocked levels remain yours; we will not take away a level you have paid for.

3. Educational Content — No Guarantee of Results

The App's content is built to follow the CEFR framework and the official syllabi behind recognized exams (Goethe-Institut, Instituto Cervantes, France Éducation International, Cambridge English). We work hard on its accuracy and quality, but the App is a study tool, not an official certification: we do not guarantee that you will reach a given level, pass any exam, or achieve any specific learning outcome. Results depend on many factors, including your own practice.

We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the examination bodies mentioned; their names identify the exams our content is aligned with.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App and on this website — lessons, exercises, example sentences, grammar tables, conversations, exams, the glossary, artwork and the Everything Series name and wordmark — is owned by the publisher or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Your license grants you use of the content for personal study, not ownership of it.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the App and this website as intended: for learning. Do not attempt to disrupt them, circumvent the level unlock mechanism, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including your statutory rights and any refund rights under Google Play's policies.

7. Changes to the App and to These Terms

The App evolves: features, content and available levels may be added or improved over time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will make the change reasonably visible. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
